Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. The Veya Microcurrent Toning Device ships to the contiguous U.S. only (not Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

Shipping rates
• Standard shipping: $8.00
• FREE standard shipping on orders of $70 or more

Processing time
Orders are carefully picked, packed, and quality-checked within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Occasionally, an item needs to be restocked first, which can add 3–5 business days. If that happens to your order, we'll let you know by email. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on your location and which of our fulfillment partners' warehouses your order ships from. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Total time from order to delivery
Most orders arrive within 6–18 business days of being placed.

Orders may arrive in separate packages
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at cdelsol7935@yahoo.com or call/text (941) 564-9873 and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help.
